St Mary's Hall Hire
St. Mary’s Parish Centre contains the Canon More O’Ferrall Hall (small hall) and the large hall, both of which are available to hire.
The small hall costs £40.00 per hour and the large hall £50.00 per hour.
These prices will increase to £50.00 per hour for the small hall and £60.00 per hour for the large hall once the chairs and tables return to the alcove in the large hall... very soon!
The small hall offers excellent ventilation and measures 13m x 8m making it suitable for multiple applications.

Recurring Commercial Hires
Both halls are available to hire for commercial bookings. Examples of “commercial hire” could be a weekly slimming group, fitness class or parent and toddler group or a monthly housing association meeting.
The cost is £40.00 per hour for the small hall and £50.00 per hour for the large hall with a minimum of two hours. Regular weekly commercial hires will be given a negotiable discount.
For all commercial hires, we require up to date and valid public liability insurance.
One-off-event/Private Hires
An example of a “private hire” would be a children’s party, funeral reception, a book launch.
Private hire is charged at £40.00 per hour. All party events require a minimum hire of 4 hours (to allow you time to set up before the event and clean up afterwards). We also require a £100 refundable deposit on confirmation of the booking.

Hall for children’s birthday parties is restricted to those of primary school age and only open to parishioners of Saint Mary’s.
