Reader and Minister Rotas for the summer
Our usual rotas are suspended for the height of the summer due to the number of people away. We therefore appeal to readers and ministers who know they will be around to go to the sacristy and sign up for any of the five weekends listed.
Christelle Naim – RIP
There will be a Funeral Mass for Christele Naim here at St Mary’s on Monday 17th July at 11 am, then on to Marylebone Crematorium at 12 noon. Those who attend the 10 am Mass may remember that Christelle often helped with taking the collection. May she rest in peace.
Carmelina Bianchi – RIP
There will be a Funeral Mass for Carmelina Bianchi here at St Mary’s on Wednesday 19th July at 11.30 am, with Fr Carlo Bonelli officiating. May she rest in peace.
Armando Fernandes de Sousa RIP
There will be a Funeral Mass for Armando Fernandes de Sousa here at St Mary’s on Thursday 20th July at 11.15 am. May he rest in peace. Fr Kevin Ryan will be officiating.

Young People’s Summer Outing

Ramp and lawn
The new ramp is now open! It provides smooth and easy access to the main door of the parish centre. However, until railings are installed we still need to ask children not to play on the lawn. We ask for and very much appreciate parents’ cooperation in this matter. Many thanks.
Prison volunteers sought

The group meets in Nazareth House, 162 East End Road, every Tuesday morning at 10.30 am – after the 10 am Mass.

The Passage Garden Party – Friday 21st July 2017
There will be a Garden Party in aid of The Passage in the historic College Garden, Westminster Abbey on Friday 21st July 2017 from 6 pm. Visit the oldest cultivated garden in England with a back drop of the Westminster Abbey and the Houses of Parliament. Marriage Care volunteers needed
Marriage Care is a Catholic organisation providing marriage preparation and relationship counselling services through 50 centres across England and Wales. Our centre for Barnet and Enfield needs Marriage Preparation Course Facilitators to present and facilitate marriage preparation courses to small groups of engaged couples (training is provided) and an Administrator to help with the smooth running of the centres services. We are also in need of qualified Relationship Counsellors to deliver relationship counselling. Thank You from the SVP
The SVP would like to thank all the soup kitchen volunteers for their constant support. The parish provides 4 teams of volunteers to run the Wednesday night Muswell Hill soup kitchen, providing soup, a meal and chat to around 35 people.
