Mindfulness Skills for Young People
This autumn we are offering a short course of 5 sessions introducing young people aged 10+ to mindfulness techniques using the .b Mindfulness in Schools programme. At the most simple level .b is an awareness-raising exercise to give youngsters a taste of mindfulness, and for many the course can relatively quickly lead to very positive outcomes: they feel calmer and more connected; they can concentrate better; they have a toolkit to deal with stress and anxiety. For more information, contact Sandra, finchleyeastcat@rcdow.org.uk Starts on 8th October.
