“Whether you join us every Sunday or your footsteps grace the church most often at Christmas and Easter, please know this: you are part of our family, and your presence truly matters. These great feasts draw us together because they speak to something deep within us—hope, renewal, belonging, and the quiet sense that God is closer than we sometimes remember.
In a world that often feels uncertain and unpredictable, where headlines shift by the hour and life can feel stretched thin, the Church remains a place of stillness and grounding. Here, we remember that God’s love is not seasonal, fragile, or dependent on our routines. It is steady. It is patient. It waits for us, even when life pulls us in a hundred directions.
If you’ve been away for a while, there is no need to explain or feel out of place. Faith moves in seasons, and sometimes the most important step is simply showing up when God nudges you. What matters is that you are here now, and that the door of this community—and the heart of Christ—is always open to you.
As we celebrate the joy of the Resurrection and the light that breaks into our world, may you feel welcomed, encouraged, and gently invited to reconnect in whatever way feels right for you. IMPORTANT NOTICE: CHURCH BOILER INSTALLATION WORKS
Work to install the new Church boiler will begin on Monday 13th April. During this period, there will be two significant impacts on access and parish activities:
1. Restricted Access to the Parish Centre (13th–24th April)
The passageway from the car park to the parish centre, alongside the presbytery, will be closed from 3pm to 5pm on weekdays from Monday 13th April to Friday 24th April. Please plan your visits accordingly and follow any signage or guidance from the site team.
2. Temporary Relocation of Weekday Masses (20th–24th April)
From Monday 20th April to Friday 24th April, all weekday Masses will be celebrated in the community room in the presbytery. Due to the nature of the works, no funerals will be permitted during this week.
