Parish Finances

Below are the “offertory Virgin Just Giving Money Page” collection totals for October – October 7th – 281.75 (including Gift Aid), October 14th - £124.10, October 21st- £200.00, October 28th - £115.00.

Our average offertory collection before the pandemic was £1000 per week. Your offertory collection contributes towards the running of the presbytery, church, parish centre and non-clergy salaries. The parish priest’s salary comes from baptisms, weddings, funerals and Easter & Christmas collections – for all of which you are very generous.

Many thanks for your continued support.

A request from Finchley Foodbank:

The Foodbank are short of strong plastic bags (the 20p supermarket type). If you can help out with even a few bags they would be very grateful. There will be a blue bin the church car park for all bag donations to be dropped in. Even better would be if you have a contact at a supermarket head office as the Foodbank could then give them their charity number- if you can help with this please email finchleyfoodbank@gmail.com

Our Wall Campaign….. As you know, the wall separating the car park from the High Road is splitting and leaning. Repairs are due to begin in November and will cost £30k. Our challenge is to raise and restore our wall in 52 days. There are several ways in which YOU can help! Please see the dedicated leaflet for details. Together Let’s Rise Up and Build!!!!
